For my card today I have used the stunning Reader Denny. I love her hair and her big pouty lips hehe. I teamed her with my new obsession - beautiful digi papers by Michele R for Whimsy. Aren't they amazing? I love how these come in a pack of 4x 6x6s so it takes all of the guesswork out of choosing papers!
I made some distressed seam binding using Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Victorian Velvet and bunching it up to get it all crinkly. I added some wild orchid flowers, a big prima flower and button, and a chipboard corner from Make it Crafty. The beautiful flourish is one of my new cheery lynn dies! I am definitely loving my new die cutter :D
I coloured Denny up using Copics. Here are the colours that I used:
Skin: E50, E53, E11, E00, R11
Hair: E11, E13, E15
Jacket: E31, E31, E37
Trousers: BG01, BG05, BG09
Scarf/Book: R11, R20, R22
