Merry Christmas + FREE Cupcake Class

Saturday, December 24, 2016

Hi everyone! I'm popping in with a few things to share today :) First of all a BIG BIG Merry Christmas to all of  you and I wanted to thank you all so much for your support during this year! It has been a huuuuge year both personally and professionally here at Kit and Clowder and I'm so incredibly thankful to have had all of your support.

As most of you know, Jon and I got married this year ^_^ We received SO many gorgeous roses from Clowdies all over the world - over 700 in total - that we used to line the aisle at our wedding. We felt so blessed to have so many of you want to be a part of our day, and those that couldn't send thank you for your most beautiful messages and well wishes. Take a peek at all of the beautiful roses below!

We were also very spoiled by our Clowdie family in a surprise, very generous, monetary gift (so naughty!!) and I want to share what we have done :)  It was stressed upon us to use this for something we wanted to do personally so we've been thinking long and hard what we could do with this gift that still speaks to what Kit and Clowder is about. To me, Kit and Clowder is about Community, Support, and Creativity and I wanted to do something that could embody these things. This is what we ended up doing :)

I've always wanted to learn to decorate cupcakes but it isn't something we've ever made time or money for so we thought we would do a Christmas Cupcake Decorating Class as it would be a great thing for us to do together as a newly married couple :) We've literally *never* done anything like this before hahaa!

All of our cupcake creations below! *feeling proud* haha! We had *so* much fun and it was such a wonderful gift!!! We can't thank you all enough! <3

We've been in contact with the Lady Cilento Children's Hospital in Brisbane, Australia and we decided to take them our batch of Christmas Cupcakes, along with a big lot of art based Christmas gifts for the children there :) We got a big big variety of teenage + younger children gifts for everyone :D

I'm also so excited to let you all know that I've been asked to pop in in the New Year to teach some Art and Craft classes for the kids at the hospital! *SO EXCITED* and can't wait! :)

At the Lady Cilento Children's Hospital handing over our cupcakes and gifts! :)

So THANK YOU all so much for allowing us this opportunity - we had the best time doing this and I feel that it is a reflection of our entire community :)
