Kit and Clowder Online Colouring Classes

Hi everyone! Today I want to share some exciting news....I have been asked to be a part of the Anyone for Anya Design Team!! I am so thrilled to be a part of such a creative and diverse team, especially as I love my TGF stamps!

This week over at Anyone for Anya we have a recipe challenge:


Seems easy right? Maybe is you aren't paranoid like I am! lol! I was going to be naughty and do two 'types' of embellishments, but then  I thought NO - I must be disciplined! So, in the end, I went for a really nice and simple card using my new Miss Anya Garland Stamp. I used some DPs from My Mind's Eye and Basic Grey. My two embellishments were a cream ribbon which I folded into a flower shape, and a vintage-look button from Prima.

Hi everyone! Today's card that I want to share with you all is inspired by the lovely photo over at The Shabby Tea Room. The challenge this week is 'Sparkly and Bright' and you have to use white/cream, silver, and pink! I recently won the Freaky Flutter digi over at The Greeting Farm and thought this would be a good challenge to use her. I don't really see many cards with Freaky Flutter but I think she is so gorgeous and versatile! What do you think?

Hi everyone! Today's card that I want to share is a card I made for The Greeting Farm's Customer Challenge weekend over at Split Coast Stampers! The theme for this week's challenge is Favourite Children's Book, and I have chosen to go with The Wizard of Oz. I have turned one of my Anyas from the new Miss Anya Garland set into Dorothy with a gingham print, ruby slippers, and dark brown plaits. I paper pieced her banner with green DPs and wrote the word OZ on it.


I made some cascading hills using my Crate Paper DP, and drew in the yellow brick road. The green glittery thing at the back is MEANT to be the Emerald City - but that thing is hard to make! Haha - if you get a chance google the emerald city and you will know what I mean!



The sky background was done using my Broken China distress ink. I created a circular template for the clouds and sponged the ink over the top of the template to create the cloud and sky effect. This was a really easy technique that is quite effective - I am thinking that I will add a tutorial for this shortly! I finished the card off with some green zigzag stitching just to ground the colours.

Hi everyone! Today I wanted to share with you a card that I made for TGF's FFC Spyday Challenge! You can check out the original card that we are casing this week here. I think I am in a love mood as Valentine's Day is around the corner so I decided to use my Fleur Anya and my new My Mind's Eye Love Me papers to create a sweet romantic card!


I have kept the basic layout of the Spy Day card, with the sentiment tag and centralised image, though I have moved the background strip over to the left to change it up abit. Instead of using the tickets, I have used two flourish dies that I have dipped in some of my Martha Stewart Gold Glitter Powder. I thought I would try glitter again after my last card, but alas, glitter and I are still a messy bunch! ;)



I have inked all of my DPs using my Tea Dye Distress Ink to give a nice aged effect. For embellishments, I have added some gold thread, gold brads, and some flowers which I have dabbed with my Brilliant Gold Archival Ink pad.

Hi everyone! Today's share is a card I made for the Scrap-Creations Glitter Challenge this week. Glitter and I don't really play that often... you see it gets everywhere. And by everywhere I mean ...EVERYWHERE! All over me, the table, the floor, the cat... hehe :)

So I decided to take it simple this week with a glitter border and embellishment, done using my Martha Stewart Bronze Glitter Powder. I have matched this up with a Gorjuss image that I coloured up awhile ago but just didn't have the time to put to a card!
