Victorian Couple + Mini Spools!
Friday, June 15, 2012 **To view my blog candy please click here**
Hi everyone! Today I want to share a card I made using one of my most fave Tiddlyinks images; Victorian Couple. Actually, I purchased it months ago but was a little scared to colour it! So hope you like it :)
I had a heap of fun with this card...it all seemed to come together nicely and I thank one thing: MINI SPOOLS!!! hehe I picked these up at the show and they are the cutest little things. I wrapped some gold sparkly yarn around them and popped them in amongst my usual cluster of embellies. :D For the sketch I followed one of my fave Sketch Challenge Blogs; CLP.
I coloured up these cuties using my copics and here are the colours that I used:
Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, R11
Hair: Girl E50, E53, E57, E49 Boy E11, E13, E15, E18
Dress: Blue BG72, BG97, BG99 Yellow Y11, Y15, Y17, E31, E33
Suit: W0, W1, W3, W5, W7
Have you popped over to Tiddlyinks to see the new store yet? You should! And while you are there don't forget to pick up some fabby inspiration from the design team at the Challenge Blog :)
And don't forget there is still time to enter my candy!! You could even win some Tiddlyinks images :D For those who are asking if you have to vote, you do not but it would be great if you did. Just leave a comment on the candy post and make sure you are a follower :)
